Accepted Insurances

If your specific vision plan is not listed, we operate as an out-of-network practice.  

This means you will pay for our services on the day of your visit. To facilitate your reimbursement, our office will provide a comprehensive receipt—sometimes called a superbill—that you can submit directly to your carrier. 

We encourage all patients to contact their insurance company beforehand to clarify their out-of-network coverage.
